Haymarket Chamber of Commerce cordially invites you to our Year of the Snake 2025 Lunar New Year Banquet on Friday, 7 February 2025 at the Eight Restaurant. 

We look forward to seeing all members and friends of the Chamber get together again for our annual “Haymarket family reunion” celebration in Sydney’s Chinatown.

This is one of the biggest and most enjoyable lunar new year celebrations and it will be held at one of the best Chinese restaurants in Sydney. 

This special evening will feature a sumptuous 10-course Chinese banquet (including The Eight’s famous ginger shallot lobster with noodles and steamed whole coral trout with ginger and soy), traditional lion dance, entertainment, and many lucky draw prizes to be won.

Time: 6 pm for a 6.30 pm start – 10.00 pm
