Things are getting spooky at Hay St this October

Step into the laneway as it transforms with spooky décor, Halloween-inspired food, drink specials, live entertainment and a few unexpected surprises along the way.

The fun starts with our School Holiday Program, Wednesday–Friday from 30 September to 9 October, bringing free activities and Halloween fun for the little ones.

Come hungry and explore Hay St’s line-up of traders, grab a drink from the bars, discover limited-time Halloween specials and make the most of Happy Hour, with live entertainment bringing the laneway to life every Wednesday to Sunday.

As Halloween gets closer, things get even spookier. On 30 & 31 October, the laneway comes alive with two special events with live music, DJs, Latin rhythms, special cocktails and Halloween entertainment.

Keep an eye out for roaming zombies and Halloween characters, and for those brave enough to discover what the future holds, our tarot reader will be waiting.
