Flowers attract bees and beneficial insects to the garden, but do you know which flowers are also edible? Discover flowers which will flourish in pots and small spaces. Learn how to add delicate flavours and fragrance to your meals with homegrown petals and blooms.

You’ll learn:

  • Edible flowers suitable for planting this season

  • Edible flowers suited to a range of growing conditions

  • How to grow, maintain and harvest your flowers

  • Hands on skills propagating flowers from cuttings and seeds

Presented by Jen Beer, our Sydney City Farm Learning Facilitator. Jen is an experienced environmental educator who loves growing fresh food. She supplies her neighbourhood with fresh herbs and edible flowers from her verge garden.
