Allow an icy transformation to enchant your senses as you embark on a ghostly gastronomic adventure, inspired by the upcoming film Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire, exclusively in cinemas March 21.

Imagine classic NYC cheeseburgers on brioche buns and crispy bagels adorned with house-smoked salmon, paying homage to the vibrant flavours of the city that never sleeps.

Of course, it wouldn’t be a spooky soiree without desserts including Mini Stay Puft Marshmallow Profiteroles with cookie choux and mousseline cream and Ectoplasmic Lime Delight with caramel crumble, coconut cream and lime slime jelly. 

Adults can indulge in spine-tingling cocktails: enjoy the zest of a Slimer Sour or brave The Death Chill —a bold fusion of tequila, coconut, and lemon, while kids can delight in classic crafted milkshakes.

The Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire High Tea is available at the Lobby Lounge from 16 March – 07 April 2024, with two seating times: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM. Bookings are essential.

Priced at AUD 79 per adult (age 12 and above) and AUD 74 per child (age 11 and under) with tea or coffee.
