Art2Muse Gallery is delighted to present Forest Song, a new exhibition by Australian artist Coco Elder, whose beautifully carved oil paintings offer a fresh and captivating take on landscape.

Inspired by the forests, waterways and natural beauty of Guringai and Gumbaynggirr Country, Elder creates each work by building up layers of oil paint before carefully carving into the surface with a fine engraving tool.

The process reveals intricate patterns and flowing textures that catch the light, giving each painting an extraordinary sense of depth and movement.

Blending the traditions of painting and carving, Forest Song celebrates the beauty, rhythm and quiet energy of the Australian bush. Elder's unique technique transforms the painted surface into something almost sculptural, encouraging viewers to slow down and discover new details from every angle.

Rich in texture and inspired by a deep connection to nature, this exhibition offers a rare opportunity to experience one of Australia's most distinctive contemporary artists at Art2Muse Gallery.
