This community-focused program celebrates the craft of bookbinding as the thread that weaves together connection, collaboration and shared storytelling.

Through hands-on artist's book and paper marbling workshops, bookbinding demonstrations, and open studio activities, visitors are invited to explore the processes of folding, stitching and binding while contributing to a collective creative project.

Drawing on traditional bookbinding techniques, the event demonstrates how individual contributions can be brought together to create a unified whole.

Participants will have the opportunity to learn, create and connect through the shared experience of making by hand. Like a bound book, communities are formed through many pages, threads and stories, each one essential to the strength and character of the finished work.
