Treat Dad to a 5-course menu by executive sous chef Michele Menegazzi, including yellowfin tuna with fermented chilli, soft shell crab with smoked bisque and signature Shangri-La muffin with wagyu and pork pattie, smokey BBQ sauce and oxtail hash brown.
Head pastry chef Kumiko Endo will be sure to make Dad’s day, serving up a showstopping s’mores triple layer cake, with caramelised marshmallow and Tasmanian Highland single malt whisky.
If you are looking to spoil Dad further, allow our executive sommelier, Matt Herod, to complement each dish with expertly paired wine.
