This Father’s Day, enjoy a family affair on Level 36 complete with decadent culinary delights and unforgettable sparkling views of Sydney Harbour.
Treat Dad to a 5-course menu by executive sous chef Michele Menegazzi, including yellowfin tuna with fermented chilli, soft shell crab with smoked bisque and signature Shangri-La muffin with wagyu and pork pattie, smokey BBQ sauce and oxtail hash brown.
Head pastry chef Kumiko Endo will be sure to make Dad’s day, serving up a showstopping s’mores triple layer cake, with caramelised marshmallow and Tasmanian Highland single malt whisky.
If you are looking to spoil Dad further, allow our executive sommelier, Matt Herod, to complement each dish with expertly paired wine.
Father’s Day Lunch will take place in Altitude Restaurant on Level 36 on Sunday 3rd September 2023 from 12 – 2:30pm.
Father’s Day Dinner at Altitude will take place on Sunday 3rd September 2023, from 6:00 PM.
Premium window tables priced at $250 per person and main dining room tables priced at $195 per person.
