Over 1,000 participants are expected to assemble in Tempe Park on Sunday 11 June to help raise funds for children in Mongolia’s most impoverished region, at the 3rd annual Magic Mongolia Family Fun Day organised by non-profit organisation Lantuun Dohio Australia.

A celebration of Mongolian culture, this ticketed fundraising event brings together young and old, with 60 stalls and performing partners providing food and drinks, traditional song and dance performances by young local talents as well as a special performance by the renowned throat singer Bukhu Ganburged (famous for his appearance on The Voice TV show) and live painting by celebrated mural artist Heesco

The day will also feature a full array of stalls from local small businesses and plenty of activities for the kids - from jumping castles, face painting, balloons to cosplay characters and ponies!

All proceeds will be donated to Lantuun Dohio’s Magic Mongolia Centres operating in Mongolia where they have been actively funding critically needed child and youth counselling services by professional psychologists for the past two years.

Magic Mongolia Centres are crowd funded centres for children in the ‘ger districts’ in Mongolia where they provide a variety of services including a library, day-care, accessible playground area, basketball court, and courses ranging from ballet and ballroom dancing to jiu jitsu, art classes, foreign language classes, as well as legal, social, and psychological services for children and parents.

What: Traditional Mongolian performances including The Voice star throat singer Bukhu Ganburged, traditional song and dance performances by young local talents, celebrated mural artist Heesco, food, drink and market stalls by local small businesses, and lots of activities for the kids - from jumping castles, face painting, balloons to cosplay characters and ponies!
