Suite 4 (Ground Floor)
When

Sunday 15 December 2024 from 10:30am to 12:30pm

Join us at the Sew Make Create workshop with Florist, Suz, from Bold Botanicals for this festive family workshop!

You will be making a traditional Christmas wreath together from fresh flowers, natives and foliage. One booking is for 1 adult and 1 child to make 1 beautiful wreath together. We recommend this workshop for children aged 7 years old and up.

Teens aged 15 years and older can attend this workshop and make a wreath on their own, without an accompanying adult. Create festive memories and decorate your home this year with a handmade wreath! Hang it on your door, display it inside and let the floral aroma fill your home, or use it as a centre piece.

You will learn the traditional method of seasonal wreath making using all natural materials, selecting from a variety of fresh flowers and foliage. You will be preparing the flowers and foliage and piecing the wreath together in your own unique design. The selection of flowers and foliage have been specifically selected to dry out beautifully so your wreath will still look vibrant for a few weeks. You will take home a gorgeous floral piece, ready to hang, that will eventually dry out to last forever. Some of our previous workshop attendees have kept their wreaths for month or years!

The finished wreath is approximately 40-50cm in diameter.

No previous floristry experience is necessary. All tools materials are provided.
