Exploring the Shadow: Art therapy workshop series

This 4 week workshop series eases into the complex and multifaceted world of shadow work.

If you are new to shadow work and are feeling curious to understand yourself better then this might be for you. Shadow work is a process, not a destination. It's one that requires patience and compassion.

• Week 1: Yin/Yang

• Week 2: Uncovering Limited Beliefs

• Week 3: Creative Storytelling

• Week 4: Shining a light on the shadow

Each workshop will involve a meditation, writing, art-making and group sharing.

Blank paper and a pen, as well as some art supplies like watercolour paints, pastels or crayons.
