As the eldest daughter of a traditional Maltese Catholic family, Sarah’s dad expected a lot. But instead, she became one big gay disappointment. Divorced and childless with no "real career", this anxious millennial is determined to thrive, despite her daddy issues always rearing its butt ugly head.

Sarah weaves her sharp satirical wit, silly characters and relatable stories throughout the show and will leave you feeling like you've just had a catch up with your bestie.

Sarah talks her marriage and divorce to a French winemaker, being involved in pyramid schemes, dating as a bisexual and of course, the relationship with her dad.

And unlike Sarah’s father, Daddy Issues will not let you down.

“Bartolo is absolutely hilarious.” – You Should See It, Melbourne

★★★★1/2 – Glam, Adelaide

Sarah has a knack for sketch comedy and political satire creating many well-loved characters like wellness grifter Venus GirlBoss Moon. Sarah runs a woman and queer focused comedy room in Naarm/Melbourne hosting some of Australia’s best comedians.

Her comedic TV pilot has been selected for the MIFF 37 Degrees South Market and various film festivals around the world.
