The new exclusive High Tea is a fully immersive experience with the most delicate macarons, the oh so famous "religieuse" with a touch of rose and raspberry, mandarin-vanilla cannelé from Bordeaux, a revisited Opera cake and lemon myrtle meringue petite tartelette.
On the savoury side, you will enjoy a signature mini baguette with slow roasted truffle beef, petit pea choux & caviar, quiche with smocked duck and porcini, traditional French chicken pithivier, Tasmanian smoked salmon blinis with creme fraiche, all complemented with a glass of French Champagne Moet Imperial or the signature Vogue cocktail, plus an assortment of premium Silver Jubilee by Dilmah teas.
For the first time, the Couture High Tea will be served in the hotel's exclusive Velvet Room overlooking the Garden Court.
