To establish common ground is to identify the terms of a debate; it also denotes a shared understanding, experience, or even place.

In this exhibition, the common ground is that of the Waverley Artist Studios. Since 2010, the Waverley Artist Studios have been offering artists fully subsidised spaces to create work, test ideas, connect with the community, and develop their practice. Common Ground showcases the recent work of the last two cohorts to go through the program, while considering the commonalities and differences inherent in contemporary art, life and society.

Artists include Remy Faint (pictured), Elizabeth Day, Rox de Luca, Carmen Glynn-Braun and Dennis Golding (RE-right Collective), Jacquie Meng and Nick Breedon. Additional artists to be announced.

Common Ground runs from 7 February - 16 March, 2025
