On Thursday 11 May, participants go through 8+ rounds, with chillies getting increasingly hotter each round – can you hack the heat? Last one to break a sweat will be crowned the ultimate chilli champion and immortalised in SoCal history, as well as winning a trophy and a bottle of Altos tequila and a $200 SoCal voucher to take home!
