Thursday 7 July from 1pm to 3pm Thursday 14 July from 1pm to 3pm
Bush Chef is Centennial Parklands’ newest addition to the popular ‘Kids Vs Wild’ program.
As the days get colder, fire craft becomes the priority for survival. Learn how to use your campfire to cook delicious campfire dishes!
The skills you learn in this workshop can be used for future camping trips, picnics and 'bush birthday parties' to fill your tummies.
Children will get to make and cook their own damper, attempt making popcorn over the fire and another dish if time allows.
In case bush fire ratings are above low, we are not allowed to light fires and will change the content of the program to shelter building, outdoor challenges, and free play.
We will supervise your children during the lunch hour if you book in for Kids vs Wild - Campfire Club in the morning.
Age: Children aged 5-12 years
This a drop-off program. Parents do not attend with children.
