The evening will be a sensory journey through Sydney's craft drink scene whilst honouring the great boilermaker tradition of pairing a Rum with a crisp, cool beer after a hard days work.

You'll taste an offering from each brand, served as an irresistible boilermaker combination, whilst hearing from the distillers & brewers themselves as they deep dive into the story behind their craft.
