On Wednesday nights, the Art Gallery of New South Wales stays open late!

Head to the Art Gallery for Art After Hours every Wednesday evening to enjoy late night access until 10pm.

There’s always something on offer:

  • Discover the latest exhibitions and collection displays

  • Join a guided tour to hear more about the art

  • Enjoy free films, presented by Art Gallery Cinema

  • Check out the program schedule, which includes talks, performances and workshops

  • And get shopping at the Gallery Shop

Choose from plenty of food and drink options, including:

  • Pop-up bars

  • The Gallery Cafe

  • The Art Gallery Restaurant, Crafted by Matt Moran

  • MOD Dining by Clayton Wells

  • Members Lounge – all welcome on Wednesday evenings

Art After Hours is free and open to everyone.

Take the free shuttle bus: Runs every 20 minutes during Art After Hours from 7pm to 10pm from the Art Gallery to public transport hubs at Town Hall, Wynyard and Martin Place.
