Acclaimed Australian chef Danielle Alvarez celebrates the launch of her new cookbook Recipes for a Lifetime of Beautiful Cooking on 10 November. Recently appointed Culinary Director of the iconic Sydney Opera House, Danielle will be in conversation with author and food writer Libby Travers, hosted by Joanna Savill.
Danielle is an acclaimed restaurant chef, but Recipes for a Lifetime of Beautiful Cooking is dedicated to her favourite way of cooking: at home, for and with friends and family. It draws on her love of Italian and French food, her Cuban roots, and time spent cooking in some of the world's best kitchens, including the Berkeley institution @chezpanisse and of course Sydney's beloved @fredspaddington
