A Return To Our Roots Chefs Dinner

In celebration of the changing seasons and abundance of new produce available to them, the Frenchies Bistro & Brewery team is bringing guests ‘Back To Our Roots’, a $140pp seven-course degustation-style dinner on Saturday, 17th October – think fine dining at Frenchies circa 2017-2020.

Head Chef & Co-Founder Thomas Cauquil, alongside chefs Jean and Yann will be joined by a special guest in Édouard Delefortrie, who since saying au revoir to the Frenchies kitchen has held senior roles at Nour in Surry Hills, Joji with the celebrated Paul Farag, Barangaroo’s Woodcut, and now Aambra under the esteemed Gianluca Lonati.

Developed by the four pals over good food and good times, diners can expect an unforgettable menu featuring creative techniques, unique ingredient pairings, and a little French flair.
