Join us for our first A Brewer's Night In event of the year, where we'll be showcasing the beers in our special collaboration series with NZ-based Freestyle Hops and Hopsters Co-Op Brewery.
You'll be one of the first to try all 3 beers in this limited edition series, which includes the:
Hazy IPA - Nelson Sauvin
Cold IPA - Kohia Nelson
Dark IPA - Rakau
These will be paired with a special, beer-infused menu:
The Rising Sun (Hazy IPA) - Quiche Lorraine, stewed leeks in beer, smoked speck, beer sabayon, malt tart
Into the Darkness (Dark IPA) - Beer and seaweed jelly, smoked mussel mousse
Valley of the Kings (Cold IPA)- Stuffed savoy cabbage, duck and confit butternut in beer, beer glaze

Held in Frenchies bistro space, you'll be immersed in the surrounds of our brewery - which features Sydney's only horizontal, flat lying tanks.
