Truffle Thursdays at Rocker Bondi

The cooler weather means one thing: truffles are back on the menu at Rocker.

New this year, the venue will be running a special truffle dinner experience on Thursday evenings until 29th August.

Dishes include burrata paired with shaved persimmon, fresh truffle and toasted almond, a truffle risotto accompanied by truffle butter, parmesan, egg yolk and fresh black truffle, wagyu rump-cap steak with cauliflower puree + truffled jus, and more.

Upgrades are available too, including a truffle negroni, truffled lobster roll, and truffled basque cheesecake.
