This workshop is an introductory workshop that develops literacy, empathy, understanding of race related issues and identities.

The program develops shared language and understanding about what racism is and what it looks like in practice, and is a crucial first step to meaningful antiracism work. It is appropriate for a range of knowledge levels and experiences, and creates a safe environment for real conversations about race and racism.
