Celebrating its 10th-year anniversary, the Bastille French Festival is returning bigger than ever, promising an immersive experience in French culture. With seven vibrant villages to explore, the festival in Sydney offers a wide range of activities, food, and entertainment. Let's dive into the highlights of this year's event.

The Quay Quarter Lanes village, a new addition to the festival, transforms into an artist lane during the day, showcasing pottery, knitting, and caricaturists. At night, it turns into a free silent disco party in partnership with Silent Sounds, where you can dance and have fun the French way.

Customs House Village, where it all began 10 years ago, is transformed into a Parisian café terrace by L'Or. Enjoy a complimentary croissant and coffee each morning, with a chance to win a trip to Paris. The village also hosts live music, magicians, and performers on the Parisian stage.

East Circular Quay Village offers a pop-up Champagne bar with oysters, prawns, and lobster, along with a French Jazz Club. Indulge in luxury while enjoying stunning views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Treat yourself to freshly shucked oysters, succulent prawns, and French Champagne while listening to talented musicians at the Jazz Club Stage.

First Fleet Park in The Rocks features the main stage with various performances, including a cabaret show by "Les Femmes Diamant" on the opening night. Dance classes, DJ parties, and food and wine offerings create a vibrant atmosphere throughout the festival.

Tallawoladah Lawn & MCA provide a wine area with beautiful views of the Opera House. Enjoy cocktails and delicious food while attending one-hour ticketed masterclasses dedicated to French wines and regions. Expand your knowledge and meet the experts in the field. Tickets are priced at $40 per person for one-hour ticketed masterclasses dedicated to learning more about French wines and the wine regions. From Bordeaux to Provence, Burgundy, and more, if you are a wine lover, book your spot, meet the experts, and learn about amazing French wines. Booking is essential.

Cadmans Cottage in The Rocks presents the Le Mulled Wine Cinema, where you can experience the cinematic heritage of France in an outdoor setting. Snuggle up with mulled wine, a blanket, and indulge in Raclette, creating the perfect combination for a cozy winter evening.

At the Overseas Passenger Terminal, the Raclette igloo experience awaits. Dine in an igloo with breathtaking views of the Opera House, savoring 1.8kg of Raclette cheese, cured meats, pickles, and a hot chocolate dessert with roasted marshmallows. Booking is essential for this intimate private dining experience, and it is priced at $99 per person.

These are just a glimpse of the numerous offerings at the Bastille French Festival in Sydney. From French cuisine to wine tastings, live music, and cultural performances, the festival provides an unforgettable celebration of all things French. Immerse yourself in the rich and vibrant culture of France and make lasting memories at this year's event.
