The lives of some of the furry residents of Sydney Zoo during lockdown captured people’s attention. Now you can visit furry celebrities like Kalina the Koala and Ringo the wombat in person!

Multi-sport school holiday camp
Head to Centennial Parklands for this fun multi-sport camp. Experience sports from a grassroots level up, dabbling in tennis, netball, golf, football, basketball and more. Activities are for 5 to 15 year olds.

State Library of NSW school holidays program
The library has moved activities online this school holidays. Check out live online workshops with children’s authors, craft workshops and online tours.
Parts of the library’s galleries will reopen on Monday 13 July. Find more information on their available services on their website.

We Clue: App-based city adventure
Download the We Clue app to take part in an epic city adventure these school holidays. The We Clue team have made their amazing race style challenges free for the holidays. Complete challenges and crack codes as you seek out the finish location.

Storytime and rhymetime online
Storytelling and singing to enjoy at home. Our librarians present fun storytime sessions for pre-schoolers and rhymetime for 0 to 2 year-olds. There are also AUSLAN storytime videos presented in partnership with the Deaf Society that are suitable for deaf and hearing children.

Pretty Little Ballerinas ballet classes
Discover the magic of ballet at Pretty Little Ballerinas from your home. The best part is you can do these classes at any time. You pay a monthly subscription to have access to the library of classes for 2 to 5-year olds.

Sydney Moves school holidays dance workshops
Learn dance styles from professional dancers at these online workshops. Kids aged 8 to 12 are invited to learn new skills in a 1-day workshop with hip hop artist Libby Montilla. Teens can refine their contemporary dance techniques over 2 days with professional dancer Brianna Law.

Virtual Family Fair
Sydney Living Museums brings its beloved Family Fair into family homes with on-demand videos and activities. Hosted by the one and only Justine Clarke, there will crafts, cooking demonstrations, virtual farm tours, and more inspired by the historic Rouse Hill Estate.
