Ground breaking walk-through animated Christmas experience set to open in world’s first Wundr Store in heart of Sydney CBD ! Tickets are on sale now through Ticketmaster at www.wundr.com.au.

Wundr, the new experiential retail company founded by leading live entertainment executives Andy Edwards and Justin James has today unveiled the opening of a brand-new immersive Christmas experience in Sydney’s CBD this festive season. Set directly opposite the QVB on the corner of York Street and Market Street, Wundrful World of Christmas promises to transport guests stepping into its elf-piloted magic elevator to the wondrous North Pole where they will encounter animated reindeer, elves and maybe even Santa himself.

Guests will begin their journey at the North Pole Post Office where they can write and post their letters to Santa and get their photos taken using green screen technology. From here, they will progress through a series of specially designed rooms immersing children and their parents in a next generation theatrical production that utilises forced perspective, set extensions and state-of-the-art computer generated imagery and VFX (visual effects).

Wundr’s team of Australian animators, virtual reality specialists and writers developed the production over many months.

Set to open at the world’s first Wundr Store on 1 November 2024, the experience is presented by Wundr in partnership with Ticketmaster.

Andy Edwards and Justin James, co-founders and Co-CEOS of Wundr said: "We couldn’t be more excited to launch our first Wundr Store in our home town of Sydney and after many months of working with a talented team of creatives, we are thrilled for Sydneysiders to finally experience the world premiere of Wundrful World of Christmas and have our cast of original animated characters guide them on a truly unique adventure to the North Pole."

Gavin Taylor, Managing Director of Ticketmaster Australia said: "We are excited to be partnering with Wundr as they transform premium retail locations into exciting new Wundr Stores. We look forward to working with the team to help deliver an exceptional fan experience at the Wundrful World of Christmas and the other original live experiences created by Wundr in the future."

Perfect for children aged 3 to 8 and the fun loving and curious of any age, Wundrful World of Christmas opens its doors at Wundr Store, 31 Market Street, Sydney opposite the QVB on 1 November 2024 and continues until Christmas Eve. Tickets starting at $25 are on sale now through Ticketmaster at www.wundr.com.au
