Urban Maritime: group show of inner west artists

Sydney is a city steeped in maritime history and activity. From work as a busy port, industrial hub and yachties’ playground to our famous ferries and historical relics like White Bay powerhouse or Sydney Heritage Fleet, our waterways are a kaleidoscope of maritime use.

The Urban 4 have interpreted this complex legacy in drawings, paintings and sculpture. Working en plein air, or abstracting images in the studio, the Urban Maritime exhibition captures the myriad faces of our harbour.

11am to 6pm daily and a ‘meet the artist’ session on Sunday 15 from 3pm to 6pm.
