Learn how to improve collaboration and leverage the collective wisdom and creativity of stakeholders across the ecosystem to create a greener future with this hands-on workshop.

The workshop will equip you with the tools and techniques to facilitate and implement a continuous collaboration improvement process by:

  • Identifying improvement areas and turning them into actions  

  • Enhancing psychological safety

  • Sharing knowledge and maximise learnings

  • Aligning efforts by ensuring all stakeholders have a shared understanding of the challenges/opportunities

There is no doubt that collaboration is essential to address the complex and multifaceted climate issues we face. However, collaboration requires deliberate effort; continuous attention and reflection on how we work best together.

This event is part of Sydney Climate Action week; a series of community-led events from all aspects of the climate action ecosystem running from the 13-19 May 2024. This event is proudly supported by City of Sydney, Greenhouse and Boundless.
