Saturday 15 March from 2pm to 4:30pm
Bell tower tours are back for Sydney Streets on Glebe Point Road! The University of Sydney War Memorial Carillon is a much loved part of the institution's aural landscape, heard at our graduation ceremonies, weekly recitals, and many other events. Dedicated on Anzac Day, 1928, it commemorates the undergraduates, graduates and staff who died in the First World War.
On 15 March, tours will run at 2pm, 2:30pm, 3pm, 3:30pm and 4pm, lasting approximately 30 minutes. Meeting place is at the carillon A-frame sign at the intersection of Glebe Point Road and Victoria Park, near the Jubilee Fountain.

Accessibility: due to the heritage status of the building and the location of the Carillon, there are unavoidable stairs involved in the Carillon tours. The staircases all have railings; there is a narrower staircase without railing, which is an optional part of the tour.
