Keep your sights set on your beloved and allow the Chef to take you on a romantic taste journey with signature dishes including scorched kingfish with apple and wasabi mayonnaise and roasted wagyu eye-round with nam jim dressing.
End the evening on the sweetest note with a delightfully decadent frozen ganache Valrhona guanaja with leatherwood honey and hazelnut dacquoise.
