This Father’s Day, go beyond the usual and celebrate in true style at Novotel Sydney City Centre with “Trim, Sip & Feast” – a thoughtfully curated weekend experience at Birdie Bar & Brasserie, happening Saturday 6 & Sunday 7 September.
From 12pm, enjoy a relaxed afternoon featuring a three-course lunch (served 1pm–4pm) with standout dishes like smoked salmon croquettes, slow-roasted scotch rib-eye, and a decadent Drambuie panna cotta.
Every dad or father figure receives a Chivas Regal Whiskey Sour or Old Fashioned on arrival, plus a grooming travel kit to take home. Other guests can enjoy a house wine, tap beer or soft drink with their meal.
Pop Up Pampering by The Barberhood
Add a grooming touch to your celebration with The Barberhood’s pop-up trim station, available between 12pm and 3pm. Whether it’s a quick refresh or a sharp clean-up, it’s just the right polish before the main course. (Trims only – think sharp, not shaved).
More Than a meal – giving back with every booking. Tickets are $99 per person, with $5 from every booking donated to the Black Dog Institute to support vital mental health initiatives across Australia.
