Well, Chef Tommy Prosser from Crustacean Nation is taking over the Emerald Room on Sunday the 18th and 25th of August to host a seafood forward 4 course menu for $70pp with the buzz of live jazz from Jono and the Hubcap High Hats.
Imagine a starter of Black Pudding to be followed by Aquna Murray Cod Toast. A "Toad in the hole" of Taluca Park Berkshire Pork with a Brassica Salad and Lemon Dressing side, all to be finished by Sticky Banoffee Pudding. You can also choose the Truffle add on to your degustation, known as the Trumami Dining Experience for $100. Pre order 1 week out.
And yes, a vegan degustation is available on the night with a 48 hour notice.
