Enjoy an outdoor theatre, tucked away in a picturesque environment, and fully immerse in the French film tradition. Le Mulled Wine Cinema offers a one-of-a-kind atmosphere that transports you to the centre of French cinema whether you are a dedicated cinephile or just looking for a fun night out. Watch classic French films in the comfort of deck chairs and warm blankets.

The Bastille - The Food Wine Art Revolution festival, is turning once again the Tallowoladah Lawn outside of the MCA into a pop-up openair movie theatre — complete with spectacular views of the Opera House and Sydney Harbour. This outdoor cinema will be screening some of the best French-inspired films going round.

Parisian-winter-lovers rejoice, the Bastille Festival is bringing back - the Mulled Wine Cinema. It’s that rare time of the year where we can finally celebrate and indulge in everything that is cheesy, hearty, and warming. The festival includes a selection of French movies, perfect to enjoy with a classic and hearty raclette melted cheese station to warm you up on a cold winter night.

Attendants can cosy up with their loved ones under the starry nights, snuggling with thick and soft blankets provided by the attendees to plunge into the magic of winter evenings. It’s all set to take place from the 13th to the 16th of July in Cadman’s cottage - The Rocks.

French movie lovers can enjoy a selection of movies, which include some of the French classics along with a few modern favourites, all bundled with a warm cup of mulled wine and Raclette. Keep your spirits high, and the frost at bay, as the Bastille Festival will set the atmosphere right for the perfect winter experience.

There are only 100 seats per movie.
