The Mark Ginsburg Band ft. Special Guest Hannah Grogan

After a long hiatus due to back surgery, Mark Ginsburg is back with renewed energy and excitement. Following his popular shows in 2023, Mark took time off to recover, using this period to practice and refine his craft.

Over the past decade, Mark has been at the forefront of numerous innovative projects. These include the critically acclaimed Convergence by the Mezza/Ginsburg Ensemble, the beloved South African Project, and most recently, Oceans Together, which toured New South Wales in 2023.

Mark's Generations album was nominated for Best Independent Jazz Album by the Australian Independent Record Association, while Convergence was awarded Best Jazz CD by the Indie Acoustic Project in the USA.

At his upcoming Foundry616 performance, you can look forward to a mix of new compositions, including works from his collaborator and pianist, Ryan Grogan, alongside a selection of jazz standards, all uniquely interpreted by the band.
