Pop-Up Dumpling Bar: On select dates throughout the festival, our friends at Dumpling Cheers will be onsite with a pop-up dumpling bar serving freshly steamed deliciousness before or after your climb.

When to climb?
For guests who would enjoy Lunar New Year storytelling in Mandarin, we offer the Mandarin Climb on select festival dates, with increased departures during the season.
Mandarin Climb are available every Wednesday & Saturday, with increased departures throughout the Lunar New Year period.
Climb on Wednesday 18, Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 February 2026 for access to the Dumpling Cheers pop-up dumpling bar.
Mandarin Climb guests will receive:
A limited-edition BridgeClimb Year of the Horse gold coin (exclusive to Mandarin Climb guests)
A Year of the Horse digital photo frame with any photo package
