It's time to get your chilli and barbecue sizzling on Sunday 8th March, 2026 from 11am to 7pm.
With fiery challenges, mouth-watering BBQ, family-friendly activities, and celebrity chefs, this is Sydney’s hottest festival for food lovers and thrill-seekers alike.
Food for everyone
Indulge in a wide variety of food offerings. Each vendor will serve at least four chilli-themed dishes alongside regular options for those who prefer things mild.
From flaming hot wings to spicy jerky, there’s something for every palate!
Sample a great range of beverages from the bar, as well as some specially made chilli beer and some fun chilli cocktails on the day.
Hellfire Alley
This is where the spice level goes off the charts! Discover local and regional chilli and BBQ producers showcasing their hottest products.

Fiery Pod Challenge – The ultimate endurance showdown!
Flaming Wing Challenge – Can you outlast the platefuls of wicked wings?
Fiery Jerky Challenge – Race to finish this mouth-burning delicacy.
Reaper Fudge Challenge – Survive the fiery madness of the infamous Reaper Fudge!
Tantalise your tastebuds by trying a range of goodies from over 20 Hellfire Alley chilli artisans allowing you to "try before you buy".
You'll also find a range of barbecue rubs, salts and even meet some Barbecue Specialists.
Enjoy some barbecued food from our specialist food vendors.
Live entertainment
Enjoy live music performances throughout the day, keeping the vibe upbeat and festive.
