Schedule:
10:20am – Nagoya Mayor Hirosawa and Sydney Lord Mayor Clover Moore will participate in the Kagami-biraki Ceremony (traditional sake barrel opening) and give commemorative speeches.
11am – Mayor Hirosawa of Nagoya will hand out tenmusu (rice balls with tempura)
1pm – Free tasting of miso katsu, one of Nagoya’s signature dishes
3pm – Enjoy uirō, a traditional sweet from Nagoya
