Adding to the merrymaking, Dural Christmas Tree Farm returns with freshly cut and potted trees, bringing the unmistakable scent of pine and the charm of farm-fresh trees straight to your holiday celebrations.
With a free live program of cooking demonstrations, shoppers can meet the talented makers behind every bite and find new inspiration for a feast that will impress when entertaining friends and family. Celebrated baker, Nadine Ingram of Flour and Stone, will share a light, summery cake recipe from her brand-new cookbook, Love Crumbs. Tommy Prosser from Crustacean Nation will help you wow your guests with a crispy sushi rice waffle recipe, and Demoiselle Distillery’s Darran Baker will share his favourite three cocktail recipes for festive entertaining.

9-9:40am – Live Cooking Demonstration: Nadine Ingram, Flour and Stone
Celebrated baker, Nadine Ingram, shares a recipe from her brand-new cookbook, Love Crumbs. An ode to artist John Olsen, this cake celebrates summer ingredients like rhubarb and ginger and makes a perfect ending for those long summer lunches.
9:50-10:20am – Live Cooking Demonstration: Tommy Prosser, Crustacean Nation
Tommy Prosser, Foodservice Australia’s Chef of the Year, will be presenting a very special dish to impress your guests this season. A crispy sushi rice waffle, featuring fresh sashimi and other delights from the market.
10:30-11am – Live Cocktail Making Demonstration: Darren Baker, Demoiselle Distillery
Demoiselle Distillery create small batch artisanal spirits, using botanicals grown on site at their own farm, or sourced from other local producers. Founder and head distiller, Darran Baker will share his favourite three cocktail recipes for festive entertaining.
