When

Wednesday 11 December 2024 from 7:15pm to 9:15pm

Arrive from 7.15pm for a 7.30pm start

As the end of another year is steadily approaching, it’s a great time to pause and reflect on how far we’ve come, and exchange the gift of presence during this very busy time of year for some.

Soul Space Circle is space to connect and share from an open heart with a group of like minded souls. A space to let go of all the stories and any dramas of the day and unwind for a couple of hours or so with presence not pretence. It's a space to open your mind to a new perspective and connect with your soul and the souls of other like-minded beings as we tune into our authenticity and intuition.

The evening is divided into 3 main parts:

1. Sharing of inspirational self love cards

2. Meditation - in 2 parts:

(i) Body Scan

(ii) Guided Meditation intuitively based on the theme

3. Pairing/connection exercises - asking and responding to questions based on the theme, usually using the benefit of hindsight, and gaining insights through your reflections in others

In this session we will also practice:

- a short eye gazing exercise to bring us into presence

- gifting each other with the exchange of presence

We will be exploring these types of questions:

Presence over Presents

Do you feel overwhelm during the busy-ness of the lead up to Xmas or do you see it as an opportunity to practice presence over presents? At Xmas time is it important that you give and receive tangible presents with others as a token of your appreciation for each other or is the giving and receiving of presence enough?

End of Year Celebration

How does it feel knowing another year is almost gone? Can you see what’s worth celebrating or does it feel like there’s nothing to celebrate, perhaps a feeling of incompleteness? We will explore how it’s a time to celebrate you and acknowledge how far you’ve come on your journey of this thing called life.

How far We’ve Come

Can you see how far you’ve come, your personal growth, over the years? In this session we will be exploring how far we’ve all come, not only over the past year but also how far we’ve come to be who we are today, in this moment, a by-product of all our experiences that have shaped us and reshaped us over the years. Can you see everything that has happened in your life, even the challenges, as lessons, blessings or “blessons”? Can you see how your biggest challenge could also be your biggest blessing? What if life was a series of lessons, blessings and “blessons”? Can you see the lessons, blessings and the blessons in 2024 that are worth celebrating?

There are no right or wrong answers, only what feels true for you in each moment.

You can expect to gain greater awareness and insights through the reflections of others and yourself.

Come with an open mind and leave with an open heart and some soulful connections!
