SHORTPARIS (Ru)

Hailing from Saint Petersburg, SHORTPARIS is widely celebrated as one of the most exciting experimental bands emerging from Russia today.

They have performed in an array of venues- from Saint Petersburg strip clubs to Berghain, opened for the likes of The Kooks, alt-J, and Lebanon Hanover as well as gracing the stages at Haldern Pop, OFF Festival, Pop-Kultur Berlin, and The Great Escape in Brighton, England. 

The band’s sound is difficult to categorise. Combining elements of post-punk, electronic, and avant-garde, they put on a complex performance showcasing intense vocals and theatrical stage presence.
