Sharon Candy: Reminiscence

Sharon Candy is a Sydney-based contemporary artist. Predominantly self-taught, she finds freedom in creating on her own terms.

Sharon has participated in art residencies with fellow artists in the Hunter Valley, Kelton Plains, Cooma, and Ross River, NT. Her paintings are held in collections around Australia and internationally.

Sharon’s latest exhibition Reminiscence explores memories of past moments. Large scale graphic paintings in bold colours and interrogating gestures. Imagery is abstracted and composed for compositional harmony.
