Kids will get to play and create with a focus on kinetic maker time activities.
In this workshop, children aged 8 to 12 will delve into the exciting world of kinetic art and engineering. They'll participate in hands-on activities designed to teach principles of physics and motion, including constructing laser-cut gliders, designing marble runs, experimenting with wind tunnels, crafting thaumatropes, and building scribble bots. These projects aim to foster creativity, problem-solving skills, and an understanding of kinetic concepts. Please note, the activities are tailored for children aged 8 and above.
Cost: $10 per child
Bookings and class size: maximum 12 children – bookings are essential
Suitable for: ages 8-12 years.
Wear: Enclosed shoes and no loose-fitting clothing or jewellery
