Tuesday 21 January 2025 from 10:30am to 12:30pm
Get ready to dive into the exciting world of coding and robotics at the Darling Square Library Makerspace.
In this fun, hands-on workshop, kids will learn the basics of coding through interactive play with our m-Bot robots.
The m-Bot is a fun, beginner-friendly robot designed to help kids explore the basics of programming and engineering. With colourful lights, sounds, sensors, and wheels, the m-Bot can be programmed to move, follow lines, avoid obstacles, and much more!
Use a simple drag-and-drop coding to bring your m-Bot to life, experiment with commands, solve puzzles and tackle challenges. During the workshop, kids will:
discover how coding commands can control the robot’s movements, lights, and sounds
use sensors to guide the m-Bot through mazes and obstacle courses
Whether you're dreaming of being a future coder, inventor, or robot wrangler, this workshop is your chance to start exploring the world of STEM.
No previous experience is needed - just bring your curiosity and creativity!
