In this action-packed school holiday program in the Chau Chak Wing Museum we will explore the world of ancient Greek myths through the amazing collections of ancient artefacts here in Sydney.

Using some of the characters you will know from Percy Jackson, we will discover the way the ancient Greeks told stories and created images of various god, goddesses, heroes, heroines and other mythological figures. Through a series of fun activities we will learn the art of storytelling and will get to discover why Greek mythology remains so powerful even today.

Create your own ancient Greek vase with your own mythological scene and handle genuine ancient artefacts, and learn the art of storytelling.

Suitable for children aged 7-12.

Parental and/or guardian supervision required.

This program is part of the 2026 Greek Festival of Sydney
