Join Anthony Burke in this lecture and look at the origins and masters of Scandinavia’s influential modern century in architecture and design.

Focusing on Denmark, Sweden and Finland, Burke examines the inspirational landscapes and deep Nordic traditions that uniquely influenced some of the best-known designs and designers of the 20th century. 

Anthony Burke is a professor of architecture at the University of Technology Sydney. In 2012, he was co-creative director for the Australian Pavilion at the Venice Architecture Biennale and directed the architecture symposium celebrating the 40th anniversary of the Sydney Opera House, with the Danish Cultural Ministry. Anthony hosts Restoration Australia on the ABC.
