Rushcutters Bay Christmas Concert

It’s time to dust off your reindeer ears, put on your party shoes and kick off Christmas at our free concert in Rushcutters Bay.  

Join us to sing and dance in the spirit of Sydney Christmas along with a bunch of talented performers.

Sheba Williams (@shebawho) will host the evening along with entertainment from Zindzi & the Zillionaires, The Quokkas, Diver City, Mitch Tambo, Les Femmes and a visit from Santa.

There’ll be free craft activities, table tennis and giant Jenga, and other games for the kids (and kids at heart).

• 5.45pm - 5.55pm - Welcome to Country, Santa’s Arrival and Welcome Speech by Lord Mayor Clover Moore AO

• 5.55pm - 6.10pm - Zindzi & the Zillionaires

• 6.15pm - 6.30pm - Diver City

• 6.30pm - 6.45pm - The Quokkas

• 6.45pm - 7.15pm - Interval - DJ set, Sheba Williams

• 7.15pm - 7.35pm - Mitch Tambo

• 7.40pm - 8.25pm - Les Femmes (@evoke_entertainment_australia)

• 8.25pm - 8.30pm - Santa and his band perform a festive Christmas song

• 5.30pm - 8.30pm - Circus Drop Zone Activity

Our charity partner Variety – the Children’s Charity NSW/ACT will receive a $5 donation for a photo with Santa. They'll also have a merchandise stall, offer face painting and coloured hair spray for a donation, and sell raffle tickets. 

Pack your picnic rug and get in early for the best spots. Pets are not permitted.

The closest train stations are Kings Cross station a 7-minute walk away or Edgecliff station a 14-minute walk. Visit Transport NSW or call 131 500 to plan your trip. Bicycle parking is available at the event.

Our events are accessible and inclusive. We have event maps and visual stories to help you prepare. This event includes a designated quiet space, an accessible drop off zone, live captioning, accessible toilets and guest assistance.
