When

Saturday 30 November 2024 from 6pm to 8pm

It’s time to dust off your reindeer ears, put on your party shoes and kick off Christmas at our free concert in Pyrmont.

Jayden Rodrigues will host the evening. Join Diver City, The Quokkas, Whistle & Trick and Soul Empire to sing and dance in the spirit of Sydney Christmas.

All performers will sing carols. Santa will also make a special guest appearance.

There’ll be free craft activities, table tennis and giant Jenga, and other games for the kids (and the kids at heart).

Our charity partner The Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation will receive a $5 donation for a photo with Santa. They’ll also sell tickets for their Play for Purpose raffle and run Spin to Win giveaways.

Pack your picnic rug and get in early for the best spots. There'll be a barbecue fundraiser by Ultimo Public School P&C, Gelato Messina and Sharon Kwan Kitchen food trucks. You can also bring your own picnic.

Pets are permitted, but be aware – the event can become crowded.

The nearest light rail stop is John Street Square, a 10-minute walk to Pirrama Park. Visit Transport NSW or call 131 500 to plan your trip.

Update: The Surry Hills Christmas concert on Sunday 1 December at 6pm has been relocated to Pirrama Park in Pyrmont. The line-up and events will remain the same, only the location has changed. This is in addition to the concert taking place in Pirrama Park Pyrmont at 6pm on Saturday 30 November, which will go ahead as normal at this stage. This decision was made due to wet weather. We apologise for any inconvenience.
