Our chefs at New Shanghai Westfield Sydney designed a banquet feast menu with eight dishes should be eaten during Lunar New Year for their symbolic meaning.

Dishes like "Prawns of Happiness", "Wealthy Shanghai Pork Dumplings", "Rich & Prosperous Sweet & Sour Pork", "Good Luck 2024 Steamed Chicken", "Fish of Fortune", "Every Success Black Mushrooms & Tofu", "Lunar New Year Fried Rice", and "Golden New Year Mantou".
