Join us for an unforgettable afternoon as we celebrate Polish Independence Day with a tribute to Poland’s rich cultural heritage through a captivating blend of Polish poetry, heartwarming traditional songs, and the timeless musical genius of Frédéric Chopin. This event is presented by the Polish Club Ashfield in conjunction with The Polish Australian Business Forum, and the Fryderyk Chopin Museum in Warsaw (The Fryderyk Chopin Institute).

The audience will be taken on a musical journey to Warsaw, and will have the unique opportunity to learn about a treasured feature in the Fryderyk Chopin Museum in Warsaw, which is curated especially for this occasion.

The poetry component will be performed by members of “Poetralia”, a group of poets and artists consisting of Eliza Anna Falkiewicz, Ela Chylewska, and Bogumił Drozdowski.

Young, talented musician John Paul Foong will deliver a musical performance diving into the world of Chopin.

This event promises to be a moving and artistic celebration of Poland’s journey to freedom and its vibrant cultural legacy, honouring the past and inspiring the future.

This FREE event is presented in both the Polish and English languages. Registrations are welcomed.
