Indulge in our fabulous Pink Fullerton Afternoon Tea under the light-filled atrium at The Bar, offering a combination of specially-crafted pink treats by the Fullerton’s talented pastry team.
For each Pink Afternoon Tea set sold during the month of October, The Fullerton Hotel Sydney will be donating $5 to the National Breast Cancer Foundation in support of its efforts towards the prevention and cure of breast cancer.
Sweet treats include pink hazelnut crunch, wild berry and peach detox verrine, pink lamington, citrus chocolate supreme and ispahan macarons combining flavours of lychee, rose and raspberries.
Our savoury selection features poached lobster in waffle basket with blue caviar, cured ocean trout with beetroot gel, cucumber and cream cheese sandwich, organic goats cheese and raspberry tartlet, free-range chicken and celery in a sesame bun and truffled free-range egg sandwich.
