Nourish & Flourish

Nourish and Flourish brings together the work of ceramic artist Clare Unger and painter Kobie Bosch, exploring the simple things that nourish not just the body but the mind and the spirit too.

Clare’s handmade ceramics are made to be used – to hold food, share a meal or savour a quiet cup of tea. While food feeds the body, a handmade vessel carries the care and intention of its maker, offering nourishment of a different kind.

Kobie Bosch’s paintings celebrate the beauty and abundance of the natural world. They invite us to pause, to look closely and to reconnect with the wonder that surrounds us – a reminder that we are nourished not only by what we consume, but by what we see, feel and experience.

When we nourish the body, the mind and spirit we do more than sustain ourselves – we thrive, flourish and fully embrace the richness of life.
